Beersheba Senior Secondary School, Haldwani, celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and warmth on 5 September 2026 to honour and appreciate the dedication, commitment and invaluable contributions of its teachers.

The celebration commenced with a cake-cutting ceremony. The cake was cut by Founder Manager Mrs. Nirupama Bhatt Talwar, Chairperson Mr. Tilak Raj Talwar, Principal, Vice-Principal, Administrator Mrs. Nisha Singh, and HOD Mrs. Anita Bisht, marking the joyous occasion and creating a spirit of togetherness among the staff members.

The Principal addressed the gathering and appreciated the teachers for their sincere efforts, dedication and perseverance. In her speech, she highlighted the significant role of teachers in nurturing young minds and encouraged them to continue inspiring students through knowledge, values and compassion.

The Vice-Principal also extended warm wishes to all the teachers and acknowledged their valuable contribution towards maintaining the academic excellence and positive environment of the school. The speech emphasised that teaching is not merely a profession but a responsibility that leaves a lasting impact on students and society.

As a gesture of love, respect and gratitude, gifts were presented to the teachers by Founder Manager Mrs. Nirupama Bhatt Talwar and Chairperson Mr. Tilak Raj Talwar. Their thoughtful gesture added a special touch to the celebration and made the teachers feel valued and appreciated.

The management also organised a lunch programme for the teachers, providing an opportunity for everyone to come together, interact and celebrate the spirit of togetherness.
